There are two weeks remaining before our 5th Annual Holiday Walk for Bleeding Disorders .

“Team Mikey” would love to sneak up on the competition and win the fundraising trophy! Each year we’ve been fortunate to gather more and more people to come to the walk. We raise awareness in our community. Each year we have exceeded our team goal amount. The entire walk itself is up to a goal of $40,000 This is $15,000 more than when we started in 2009. Thanks to all of you who have supported us from the beginning. These roots are planted deep and will benefit families in need for years to come.

As you can see, Mikey (12 years old) is doing great! This is our incentive to raise money for The Hemophilia Foundation of Greater Florida (HFGF). The fundraising allows HFGF to provide the funds for the tools needed to help every person suffering from a bleeding disorder live a normal, full life.

If you are not local and are unable to attend the walk on December 10th, 2011, you can still help us reach our goal. The donate button is located on the bottom left of this screen. It is easy to just click on it to make your donation. Big or small…..each donation matters!

For our beloved local walkers- you will need to register yourself and your family by filling out the small form on the website. This just allows us to plan well for the day of the walk.
